This kind of lag is a common thing in this game specially from asian country players or even south america even some parts of europe when playing on na servers.
However when the payer is offline the door should be indestructible for at least 24 hours.

Do small shack door locks work in h1z1 i have built a small shack and want to keep my loot in my chest safe but i want to make sure the door lock works first.
Locks on doors are worthless.
